At OzmodBuilding, your home, granny flat, or unit is built entirely off site in our dedicated facilities, allowing us to work with greater speed, efficiency, and precision. This controlled environment means every stage of the build is carefully monitored, ensuring a higher level of quality control compared to a traditional on-site build. Once complete, your building can be delivered to your property at the stage you prefer—whether that’s a structural shell ready for you to finish, or fully completed right down to the flooring, fittings, and even the blinds already installed. Because so much of the build is finished off site, there’s very little on-site work required.
