How it works

  • Our process begins with a site visit, where we carefully assess your property to understand its layout, orientation, and access points. During this visit, we’ll locate essential services such as water, power, and sewer connections, ensuring we have a clear understanding of the site conditions. From there, we’ll draw up your block or property to scale, taking into account boundaries, levels, and any unique features of the land. This step gives us the foundation we need to design and plan your build with accuracy and confidence, while also allowing us to discuss any ideas or adjustments you’d like to explore.

  • At OzmodBuilding, your home, granny flat, or unit is built entirely off site in our dedicated facilities, allowing us to work with greater speed, efficiency, and precision. This controlled environment means every stage of the build is carefully monitored, ensuring a higher level of quality control compared to a traditional on-site build. Once complete, your building can be delivered to your property at the stage you prefer—whether that’s a structural shell ready for you to finish, or fully completed right down to the flooring, fittings, and even the blinds already installed. This process not only saves time but also guarantees a consistent, high-quality finish every step of the way.

  • Our modular homes are carefully transported to site by truck, ensuring each module arrives safely and on schedule. Depending on the location and design, your building is either craned into position or lowered directly onto prepared foundations with precision. This streamlined process allows for quick setup and minimal disruption on site. Every step is managed by our experienced team to ensure your home is delivered securely and positioned perfectly, ready for installation.

  • When your building arrives on site, the installation process is simple and efficient. The main structure is already complete, meaning the only work left is connecting essential services such as water, power, and sewer, as well as joining modules together if your design includes multiple sections. Because so much of the build is finished off site, there’s very little on-site work required. This streamlined approach means you can move into your new home within just a few days of delivery, saving time, stress, and unnecessary disruption.
